At LUMA, we want your glow to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver orders placed at lumaskin.shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that during new launches, promotions, and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer; if we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 ship at a flat standard rate of $4.95.
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated and displayed at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed:

  • Standard delivery: 3–6 business days.
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
  • International delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and high-volume periods.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have created an account, you can also view your order status from your account page.

5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We are pleased to ship worldwide. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges at checkout. These fees are determined by your local customs authority, and we have no control over their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@lumaskin.shop as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their care. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household and your local carrier first.

If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us at support@lumaskin.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and (for damage) a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Returns and Refunds

For information on returning a product, please see our Refund & Returns Policy or our 30-day glow guarantee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
